About Samuel Genheden

I am computational scientist working with (bio)chemical research. I have broad interest in analysis and inference of interesting data and to program tools to achieve this.

Research interests:

  • Theoretical calculations and modeling of biomolecules
  • Simulation techniques
  • Statistics
  • Code developement

Current projects:

  • Membrane protein simulations
  • Membrane permeability of small molecules
  • Force field parametrisation
