About Jonas Warringer

We aim to obtain an overall understanding of the genotype-phenotype map and how it changes over evolutionary time as a function of variations in the environment. We catalogue variations in genome and phenome in natural and artificially evolved lineages and seek to understand the molecular mechanisms of particularly interesting co-variations. We work primarily with model microbes, such as baker's yeast, and E. coli.
