Study Chemistry and Molecular Biology

The Department of Chemistry and Molecular Biology provides a unique study environment in Sweden where expertise and knowledge span across a wide range of molecular sciences. Here, you are offered a choice of four Master’s programmes and a number of stand-alone courses within the fields of chemistry and molecular biology.

At the Department of Chemistry and Molecular Biology, our dedicated teachers aim to give you a solid foundation by incorporating current research into our teaching and by offering you the possibility to perform an individual laboratory-based project work of up to one year in a top research group. This way, you will gain both a broad knowledge and a deep understanding in important scientific questions needed to solve future global challenges.
