Antimicrobial rearch

Formation of microbial biofilm is a clinical challenge, particularly when it comes to fight infection. The three dimensional structure of bacteria collonies make then challenging to eradicate. By using advanced optical microscopy techniques, we can get new mechanistic insights in how microbial biofilms can be targeted. See more our recent publication:

Work is ongoing, how we also can implement multiphoton techniqes to eradicate bacteria, and more publications are soon coming out.
